I found the coffee shop provided a strong cup of coffee, a great way to begin the day. arieta's friendly service. the free airport shuttle was very convenient, i did not need to look for transportation upon arrival. the hotel offers a relaxed vibe. It felt less commercial.

the hotel is across the street from the airport, an easy walk with wheeled luggage. it is also conveniently situated for accessing transportation to other parts of the area. the location makes short stays very manageable.

i received a warm greeting upon arrival, staff demonstrated genuine friendliness. they were attentive and helpful with requests, this created a positive experience. the staff ensured a comfortable and safe stay.

The pool was lovely. My daughter enjoyed the slide so much. the grounds were beautifully maintained, and the staff were friendly! i appreciated how they cleaned the room super clean each day. It was such a treat to return to a tidy space. i was especially grateful for the proximity to the airport.
the room had a main switch that controlled all the power, even the bathroom light. it was somewhat inconvenient to have to use my phone's flashlight at night.

The staff greeted everyone with 'bula,' , made the atmosphere extra cute. They were always smiling. the free airport shuttle ran every 30 minutes and was very convenient. room service was prompt and efficient.

the location is close to the airport. it is easy to get to the international terminal with the free shuttle. there is also the possibility of walking to the airport.

The pool area is amazing. It is perfect for cooling off and has a fun slide. there is also a small playground near the pool that the kids enjoyed. the restaurant food was AMAZING!!!

uneven Experience at This Airport Hotel

The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a positive aspect.
The room assigned was too close to the road. I could clearly hear traffic all night. also, i found it off-putting that i was charged a 3 percent credit card fee. I question whether this is a fair practice. I did not appreciate being charged this extra fee for using my credit card.
